Coachcella Fashion Recap: Dress Like The A-List For Less

As the temperature gets higher and shed those chunky winter sweaters, music festivals such as Coachella serve as the perfect kick-off for summer. Celebrities come from all over to experience the two-weekend festival and bring their A-game when it comes to their attire while in the California Valley. Looking for inspiration for outfits this summer? We here at the Cultural Wildchild are here to help. Here are some of our favorite looks from Coachella.

First up, Jasmine Sanders

This golden barbie kept it light and fun while kicking it poolside at the PrettyLittleThing x Paper Magazine party. But when it comes down to it, how much does this effortlessly chic outfit really cost? Her top alone costs $148 matched with an equally expensive pair of cut off shorts bringing her grand total to $296, not including accessories! Insane, right?

Our pick, straight off of the racks of one of my all-time favorite stores, Forever 21 (No but seriously, a good chunk of my closet is from there and Old Navy)

Guess how much? Top:$22.90

Bottom: $19.90

Grand Total: $42.80

Next, Black-ish Star, Yara Shahidi

One of my personal she-roes in today's media, Yara stuck with the true blue style, pairing a simple pair of blue cuffed trousers and an oversized white tee, adding flare with a medallion necklace and bracelets. But my fellow wildchildren, join me in hearing the cash register ring. Her simplistic outfit tops off somewhere shy of $400. *cries silently* Show of hands who has a hit TV show on a major network? No one? Me either.

Bottoms: $10.00

Top (via Old Navy): $13.00

Total: $23.00

Simple outfit, simple prices!

Last but not least, the Coachella Queen, Vanessa Hudgens

Definitely not the one to be outshone, literally, Vanessa takes a unique approach to the high neck tank and shorts combo. We would expect nothing less from Baby V. Her top by itself is $153. Why must it cost so much to look fabulous?!

No outfit can top a disco ball tank BUT fear not, our pick for an alternative is still very cute, indeed.

Top: $19.90

Bottoms: $15.90

Total: $35.80

Make a statement without wrecking your budget!

Now that Coachella has come and gone, we here at the Cultural Wildchild wave hello to festival season and even if we don't have the unlimited income that these beautiful ladies do, they will forever set the bar high.
